  • Finish Strong Summer Run Club

    The FSPT Summer Run Club is designed to bring together local high school runner’s looking to improve their running performance, prevent injury, and have the camaraderie of others to train alongside during the summer months. The program will meet 4 sessions each week and is 8 weeks in length. Sessions will include a group run split into abilities, highlight proper warm up and cool down, instruction and performance on strength training and running mechanics, along with heavy emphasis on run specific education, including nutrition, hydration, footwear, mind training, and others.

  • Elite Swim Camp

    The Elite Swim Camp is designed for competitive swimmers and triathletes who are ready to elevate their performance through focused, high-level technique work. Rather than emphasizing volume or conditioning, this camp prioritizes efficiency, precision, and skill development—helping athletes make the small adjustments that lead to meaningful improvements in the water. Each session combines expert coaching with real-time and video analysis, allowing swimmers to see, feel, and apply corrections immediately. With a structured, stroke-focused progression throughout the week, athletes will build better mechanics, improve confidence, and gain tools they can carry back into their training and competition.

  • Middle School Summer Run Club

    The Finish Strong Middle School Summer Run Club is designed to bring together local middle school runners who are looking to build confidence, improve their running ability, and enjoy training with others throughout the summer. This 8-week program meets twice per week and focuses on creating a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Each session will include group runs tailored to ability level, along with instruction on proper warm-ups and cool-downs, running mechanics, and foundational strength work. There is also a strong emphasis on age-appropriate education, including topics such as injury prevention, hydration, nutrition, and developing healthy training habits—all while fostering friendships and a love for running as athletes prepare for their fall sports season.

  • Sports Performance Camp

    Designed for developing athletes, this camp focuses on building athleticism through speed, strength, plyometrics, and flexibility training. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, gain confidence in their physical abilities, and see measurable improvement over the course of the camp. Best for students entering 7th, 8th, and 9th grade.

    Are you a motivated high school or U23 athlete looking to improve your swim, bike, and run while being part of a supportive endurance community? The Finish Strong High School & U23 Elite Team brings athletes together to train consistently, develop skills, and compete with confidence throughout the triathlon and championship racing seasons.

  • High School Runners Strength Group

    The High School Runners Strength Group is high school distance runners to make the most the the indoor season by working on developing strength and mobility under the supervision of endurance specialist and physical therapist, Coach Sam. We will complete a 12-week training program that will meet once a week, Mondays from 5pm - 6pm. The program will address individual needs, runner specific strength, and common mobility restrictions to make the most of this Winter. There will be no sessions during February Break.

    The FSPT Dryland Group is designed for Swimmers looking for to improve their swimming performance, prevent injuries, have swimmer specific injury prevention all with-in a structured environment where they are able to have the camaraderie of others to train alongside during the spring months. The program will meet 2 times a week for 10 weeks.
