Dryland Swim Club

Take your training beyond the pool. The Dryland Swim Club is built for swimmers who want to move better, stay healthy, and perform at their best. Over 8 weeks, athletes train in small groups of three, combining the energy of a team with the focus of individualized coaching.

Program Details

  • Dates: September 16 – November 4

  • Schedule:

    • Tuesday, Thursdays or Fridays

      • 3:00pm - 3:45pm

  • Format: Sessions designed for swimmers, focusing on strength, mobility, and performance-based conditioning

Open to swimmers of all levels. Space is limited to ensure personalized attention.

Program Options

  • Full 8-Week Program – $800
    (Option to split into 2 payments)

  • Once a week program – $400
    (Attend a training once a week)

  • Injury Screening + Home Program – $150
    (Includes 6 weeks of customized at-home training)
