Take your training beyond the pool. The Dryland Swim Club is built for swimmers who want to move better, stay healthy, and perform at their best. Over 8 weeks, athletes train in small groups of three, combining the energy of a team with the focus of individualized coaching.

Dates: September 16 – November 4
Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursdays or Fridays
3:00pm - 3:45pm
Format: Sessions designed for swimmers, focusing on strength, mobility, and performance-based conditioning
