The Dryland Swim Club is designed for swimmers looking to improve injury prevention, mobility, strength, and conditioning in a focused, supportive setting. Over 8 weeks, athletes will train in small groups of three, blending team energy with personalized coaching to support performance both in and out of the water.
Sessions will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 24 to August 14, with options at 8–9am or 9–10am. Each session lasts one hour and focuses on swimmer-specific strength, mobility, and performance-based training.
This program is ideal for swimmers seeking to build resilience and prevent injury while gaining confidence through structured, progressive work.
