Sports Performance Camp

Looking to boost your athletic performance this summer? This Sports Performance Camp is designed for athletes in grades 7–9 who want to improve speed, strength, agility, and overall athleticism.

Our program combines plyometrics, strength, speed, and flexibility training with careful attention to proper movement mechanics. Progress is measured through pre- and post-camp screenings to ensure improvements and help prevent injuries, because building strong, efficient athletes starts with safe movement.

Each session focuses on technique, power, and performance so athletes leave faster, stronger, and more confident in their abilities.

Individualized Movement Assessment
Each athlete receives pre- and post-camp screenings to track improvements and identify areas for focused development. Coaches provide real-time feedback during drills to ensure proper form and maximize results.

Led by Matt Somma

This camp is led by Matthew Somma, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS, OCS, a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with extensive experience helping athletes move better and perform stronger.

Matthew is:

  • Experienced in sports performance, injury prevention, and functional movement

  • A former Strength and Conditioning Specialist in professional baseball

  • Passionate about helping young athletes improve athleticism safely and effectively

With Matthew’s guidance, athletes gain professional-level coaching, practical feedback, and measurable improvements in just six weeks.
