Healthy Throwing: A Parent and Pitcher Workshop
A workshop for Middle- and high-school baseball players, parents, and coaches. Attendees will learn the the most common causes of shoulder and elbow pain in middle school and high school baseball. Attendees will leave with an off-season throwing program, a dynamic warmup routine, and a basic arm care program.

Back Pain and Strength Training: Keep Moving With Confidence
A workshop for Adults who lift, work physically, or want to return to exercise. Attendees will learn the common causes of back pain, when to see a doctor, determine if imaging is necessary, and common strategies to manage their back pain when they have symptoms. Attendees will leave with a basic core stabilization program and they will practice hinges, squats, and practical ways to adjust training around symptoms.

What Does Your Jump Tell You?
A workshop for high-school athletes, coaches, and parents. Attendees with watch a force-plate demonstration; a small number of volunteers will jump testing and learn what force production and side-to-side differences can—and cannot—tell them.
