Functional Tests

Functional Tests are booked for 90-minute appointments. During the test, a comprehensive movement analysis, a battery of physical performance tests and sports-specific movements will be completed to make an assessment of sport readiness and athletic performance. Based on the findings of the exam, a treatment plan and/or performance enhancement program will be developed.
