  • College Swim Program

    College Swim Sessions are designed specifically for collegiate swimmers looking to stay connected to the sport, maintain fitness, and prepare for the upcoming season during the summer months. This 8-session series combines structured pool workouts with swim-specific dryland training led by Todd Larlee. Athletes will train alongside fellow college swimmers in a supportive, challenging environment that emphasizes quality training, technique, strength, and consistency. Whether you're home for the summer or looking to supplement your current training, these sessions provide an opportunity to stay sharp, build fitness, and return to campus ready for the season ahead.

    Cost: $150
    Meets on Saturday mornings.

  • Swim Camp

    Swim Camp is a technique-focused swim series designed to help swimmers and triathletes move more efficiently, comfortably, and confidently in the water. This is not a conditioning or fitness swim group. Instead, each session emphasizes quality over quantity, breaking down key elements of freestyle and providing individualized feedback you can immediately apply to Masters swimming, triathlon training, open water preparation, or solo swims. With five standalone sessions, athletes can attend one or multiple dates based on their goals and schedule. The result: better efficiency, reduced fatigue, and more effective training—so every lap truly counts.
