Swim Camp
Looking to get more out of your time in the pool? This technique-focused swim camp is designed to help you swim more efficiently, comfortably, and confidently—no matter your goal.
Efficiency is king in swimming. Effort and power mean very little if you’re not moving well through the water. This program emphasizes quality over quantity, focused skill work, and low-yardage sessions that deliver high return—so every lap actually counts.
This series includes five standalone sessions, allowing you to attend one, a few, or all five based on your schedule and needs. Each session breaks down key elements of freestyle with a strong emphasis on individualized technique feedback you can immediately apply to your own training—whether that’s with a Masters group, solo swims, or alongside triathlon coaching.
This is not a conditioning or fitness swim group. Instead, the focus is on identifying inefficiencies, refining mechanics, and giving you clear, actionable adjustments that lead to:
Better efficiency
Reduced fatigue
More effective training sessions
