Looking to feel stronger, move better, and stay consistent with your training this summer? Our Strength Group is designed to help active adults and athletes build strength safely and effectively while supporting long-term performance and injury prevention.

This is not just a workout class. Each session is structured with purpose and combines strength training, mobility work, and movement-focused coaching to help participants improve overall movement quality, build confidence in the gym, and stay healthy while pursuing their goals.

Whether you are training for a race, getting back into a routine, returning from injury, or simply looking to feel stronger in everyday life, this group provides expert guidance, accountability, and a supportive training environment.

What Makes This Group Different

Small Group Coaching

Every session is led by a coach who understands how the body moves and performs. Exercises are selected to help participants build strength while improving movement efficiency, reducing compensation patterns, and lowering injury risk.

Participants receive real-time feedback and coaching throughout each session to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.

Strength Training with Purpose

This program focuses on functional strength that translates outside the gym.

Sessions include:

  • Full-body strength training

  • Core stability and balance work

  • Mobility and flexibility exercises

  • Proper lifting mechanics and movement patterns

  • Injury prevention strategies to support long-term consistency

Our goal is to help participants feel stronger, move more confidently, and continue doing the activities they enjoy without setbacks.

Session Dates

Each session runs for 4 weeks.

  • Session 1: June 10 – July 1

  • Session 2: July 8 – July 31

  • Session 3: August 12 – September 4

Pricing

  • $175 for one 4-week session

  • Sign up for more than one session and receive discounted pricing of $150 per session
