Running Assessments
Running assessments are booked for 90-minute appointments. The assessment involves a comprehensive movement analysis followed by a video analysis of your running mechanics. Based on the findings of the exam and running analysis, a treatment plan and/or performance enhancement program will be developed.
The cost for the initial running assessment (90 minutes) is $350.00.
The cost for follow up visits (60 minutes) is $150.00
Throwing Assessments
Throwing assessments are booked for 90-minute appointments. During the assessment, a comprehensive movement analysis will be completed, followed by video analysis of throwing. Based on the findings of the exam and throwing analysis, a treatment plan and/or performance enhancement program will be developed.
The cost for an initial throwing assessment (90 minutes) is $350.00.
The cost for follow up visits (60 minutes) is $150.00.
Functional Tests
Functional Tests are booked for 90-minute appointments. During the test, a comprehensive movement analysis, a battery of physical performance tests and sports-specific movements will be completed to make an assessment of sport readiness and athletic performance. Based on the findings of the exam, a treatment plan and/or performance enhancement program will be developed.
The cost for a functional test is $350.00.
The cost for follow up visits (60 minutes) is $150.00.
Bike Fit Assessment
Bike Fits are booked for 90-minute appointments. During the test, a comprehensive riding history and movement analysis is conducted by our F.I.S.T certified physical therapist, Sam Lariviere, PT, DPT. The bike fit is designed to find the ideal position for your body that emphasizes comfort which in turn drives power. This goes above and beyond set points to prescribe the ideal bike for a new purchase or retrofit an existing bike. Fitting through this lens gives us the ability to eliminate any pain, optimize performance, and get you doing what you love more!
The cost for a functional test is $350.00.
