Running Assessments
A Running Assessment provides a comprehensive evaluation of your movement, strength, mobility, and running mechanics. Using video analysis and clinical expertise, we'll identify factors that may be contributing to pain, limiting performance, or increasing injury risk.
You'll leave with a better understanding of how you move, along with personalized recommendations to help you run more efficiently and confidently.

Our Run Coaching programs provide personalized training plans, expert guidance, and ongoing support to help you achieve your goals. Whether you're training for a specific event, returning to running after time away, or looking for greater accountability and structure, coaching provides a customized roadmap designed around your schedule, experience level, and objectives.
With regular communication and individualized programming, we'll help you train smarter, stay healthy, and enjoy the process along the way.
