High School Runners Strength Group

This runner-specific strength program is designed for high school athletes who want to improve performance, build resilience, and stay healthy all winter long. Over 12 weeks, athletes train in a focused small-group setting where individualized coaching meets the motivation of training together.

What’s Included

  • Dates: January 5th - March 23rd

  • Schedule:

    • Mondays

      • 5:00pm - 6:00pm

  • Format: Sessions designed for runners, focusing on strength, mobility, and performance-based conditioning
