Elite Swim Camp

Looking to take your swimming to the next level? This technique-focused swim camp for competitive and elite swimmers is designed to help you move more efficiently, powerfully, and confidently in the water.

At higher levels of swimming, small details make the biggest difference. Efficiency, precision, and technical mastery can separate good swimmers from great ones. This camp emphasizes quality over quantity, combining focused skill work with expert coaching to create meaningful, measurable improvements.

This is not a conditioning-based swim group. Instead, each session is built around refining stroke mechanics, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering high-level feedback you can immediately apply in training and competition.

What Makes This Camp Different

Video Analysis + Real-Time Feedback

A key feature of this camp is integrated video analysis, giving swimmers a level of insight that’s difficult to achieve in traditional practices.

  • Underwater and above-water video captured during sessions

  • Immediate visual feedback alongside coach instruction

  • Ability to see and feel corrections in real time

  • Access to your footage after the session to review and reinforce changes

  • Video footage to bring back to your club coach

This combination accelerates improvement by helping swimmers connect technique changes with what’s actually happening in the water.

Who is this for

  • Club Swimmers

  • Ages 11 and over
