High School Summer Run Club
The FSPT Summer Run Club is designed to bring together local high school runners looking to improve performance, stay healthy, and enjoy the camaraderie of training alongside others throughout the summer months. The program meets 4 times each week over the course of 8 weeks and includes group runs and workouts split by ability level. Sessions emphasize proper warm-up and cool-down routines, strength training, running mechanics, and injury prevention, along with run-specific education on topics such as nutrition, hydration, footwear, recovery, mindset, and more.

Sports Performance Camp
Designed for developing athletes, this camp focuses on building athleticism through speed, strength, plyometrics, and flexibility training. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, gain confidence in their physical abilities, and see measurable improvement over the course of the camp. Best for students entering 7th, 8th, and 9th grade.

Middle School Summer Run Club
The Finish Strong Middle School Summer Run Club is designed to bring together local middle school runners looking to build confidence, improve their running ability, and enjoy training alongside others throughout the summer. This 8-week program meets twice per week and focuses on creating a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Each session includes group runs tailored to ability level, along with instruction on proper warm-ups and cool-downs, running mechanics, foundational strength work, and injury prevention. The program also emphasizes age-appropriate education on topics such as hydration, nutrition, recovery, and developing healthy training habits, all while fostering friendships and a lifelong love for running as athletes prepare for their fall sports season.
