Spring 5K Run Group

Join our Spring Run Group, a 10-week training program designed to help runners shake off winter, rebuild fitness, and head into spring feeling strong, confident, and motivated.

Beginning Wednesday, March 11, 2026, this group brings together structured weekly training, experienced coaching, and a supportive community environment to help runners of all levels stay consistent and progress safely. Each week, you’ll train alongside other runners during coached group sessions focused on gradually building endurance, improving running efficiency, and developing confidence as the season changes. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your fitness after the winter months, this program provides the guidance and accountability to keep you moving forward.

This is a two-tiered program that meets you where you are. Beginner runners will be guided step-by-step toward completing their first 5K, while more experienced runners will focus on refining pace, building speed, and improving race-day execution. All participants receive a structured training plan, in-session coaching cues, and individualized guidance to help ensure steady progress throughout the program.

The Spring Run Group culminates with the Boots to Brews 5K on Saturday, May 16, 2026, giving you a fun, celebratory goal and a chance to put your training into action. Whether your aim is to finish your first race, return to racing after the winter, or simply enjoy consistent training with a great group, this program offers the structure, support, and community to help you succeed.
