Come join us for a free Swim, Bike, Run, or Trail Run. These are "pop-up" style events with a Finish Strong PT or Coach who will guide you through a casual activity. All you need to do is register, show up ready to move, and spread the word to your friends.

  • Drop In Run

    We will meet at Finish Strong PT and go for an easy 3-6 mile run with an optional hangout afterwards.

  • Fartlek

    We will meet at Finish Strong PT on Wednesday for a speed work out!

  • High School Drop In

    We will meet at Finish Strong PT and go for an easy 3–5 mile run with an optional hangout afterwards. These casual runs are open to all high schoolers and a great way to wake up your legs, get some conditioning, and connect with friends during the “hands-off period” between indoor and outdoor track seasons.
