Your membership gives you full access to all of our scheduled events, so you can join as often as you’d like throughout the season. You’ll also be included in our community communication group, where you can stay up to date on upcoming sessions, connect with other members, and stay engaged beyond the workouts.

Your membership runs for one full year starting from the day you sign up. For example, if you join on July 1, 2026, your membership will be active through July 1, 2027. As your end date approaches, you’ll receive an email with the option to renew.

Our event schedule naturally shifts with the seasons. During the summer months, we host events frequently—this year, we’re planning 24 sessions between mid-May and August.
In the winter, we continue to meet, but with a more intentional approach to training. Sessions are adapted to the weather and conditions, ensuring they remain safe, effective, and purposeful year-round.
