Level up your winter training with Bike Lab, our guided indoor cycling series built to keep you motivated, consistent, and strong all season long. Running from Saturday, January 11th through Saturday, April 19th, Bike Lab brings endurance athletes together for structured workouts, supportive coaching, and a community that makes training fun—even when the weather isn’t.

Whether you're building your base for the upcoming season, looking to maintain fitness through winter, or want the energy of group training, Bike Lab has a place for you.

What’s Included:

  • Structured indoor cycling workouts designed to build aerobic strength, power, and efficiency.

  • Group training environment that boosts motivation and accountability.

  • Coaching guidance to help you get the most out of each session.

  • Access to double-session days with the Unlimited Pass.

  • Optional trainer rentals for athletes who need them.

Trainer Rentals

We encourage participants to bring their own trainer for the best experience.
However, we offer trainer rentals for $10 per session with advance request required.

Pricing Options

Choose the plan that fits your training goals:

  • Unlimited Bike Lab Pass – $300
    Ride as often as you’d like all winter long—including double-session days.

  • 8-Ride Drop-In Pack – $175
    A flexible option for athletes wanting a lighter commitment.

Schedule & Locations:

  • Bike Lab meets weekly throughout the winter season:

    • Saturdays at 7:00 AM

    • Sundays at 8:30 AM

    Program runs from January 11th through April 19th.

Training Approach:
Bike Lab welcomes cyclists and endurance athletes of all abilities. Each session includes a structured, coach-guided workout with modifications to help you ride at the level that’s right for you. Some days will challenge you, others will help you recover—but all are designed to build a balanced, stronger you.

Our coaches are there to support technique, effort management, and safe progression throughout the winter.

What to Bring

  • Your bike

  • Your trainer (or reserve one of ours)

  • A towel and hydration

  • Heart rate monitor (optional but encouraged)

  • Positive energy and readiness to work!
