Injuries need both PEACE and LOVE

To optimize healing, new guidelines have come out in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. We should be using PEACE and LOVE to address acute injuries.
PEACE - protect, elevate, avoid, compress and educate
LOVE - load, optimisim, vascularization, exercise
